Worldwide Pickcel is joining hands with organizations (resellers & distributors) with robust client relationship network and who would like to add digital signage to their portfolio. We would like to extend our support to make them successful and add business.

Who is the Reseller partner program for?

If you are a legitimate business with great client relationship network and wish to add or further extend your business in digital signage space, you are eligible for Pickcel Partner Program.

I am interested in the reseller partner program. How can I join as a reseller?

To become a reseller, complete the reseller program registration form in this page. Please include as much detail as possible before submitting. Our onboarding team will review your application and reach out to you.

Is an agreement required to become a Pickcel Partner?

Yes, upon approval each partner must sign a partnership agreement in order to officially join any of the Pickcel Partner Program.

Is prior technical knowledge required?

No, prior knowledge in Digital signage technology is not required. But if you have any, you will have an edge. Our team will train you on Pickcel signage platform and provide relevant technical knowledge to equip you to support clients. However, it is expected that you should have a team who can understand basic client server, web & networking knowledge.

Do I need my own website or server to use Pickcel digital signage reseller software?

No, it is not essential to have your own website.

What are the minimum requirements to join the reseller partner program?

You need to subscribe for a minimum 30 licences to become eligible for the reseller partner program. Please contact us for more information regarding the same.

How much does it cost to Join the reseller partner program?

There is no up-front payment. But there is a precondition as mentioned above to become a partner. There is an entry cost for white label solution. Please contact us for more information.

How discounts are provided?

Discounts are based on the number of licences or subscription.

I don’t have clients for consuming 30 licences yet. Can I get in to the reseller platform?

No. This is our primary requirement as we don’t charge any onboarding fees. You can consume this 30 licences as and when required. Please contact us to know more.

Can you publish the App at the Playstore?

Yes. We already published our app. You can check out our app from Google Play Store.

Will I get a separate client software for all operating systems?

We will take this up on case to case basis which will depend on various parameters. We will assist you this regard.

How does my client / customer pay?

You can bill to your clients directly as per your arrangements with your clients for on-premise or white labeled solution. If your clients are on Pickcel Cloud Signage solution, we will be charging to client and will pass on the commission. Contact us for more details.

What are the requirements to set up digital signage software?

This will depend on client’s requirement. We will equip you with adequate knowledge so that you can support your client.
