Is an agreement required to become a Pickcel Partner?

Yes, upon approval each Partner must sign a partnership agreement in order to officially join the Pickcel Partner Program.

Is prior technical knowledge required?

No, prior knowledge in Digital signage technology is not required. But if you have any, you will have an edge. Our team will train you on Pickcel signage platform and provide relevant technical knowledge to equip you to support clients. However, it is expected that you should have a team who can understand basic client server, web & networking knowledge.

Do I need my own cloud infrastructure or server to use the white label digital signage software?

Pickcel partner application is fully hosted and managed by Pickcel. You would not require any server or cloud infrastructure to host this application. You will have to work with Pickcel technical team and provide the required technical details to setup everything.

How much does it cost to Join the white label partner program?

There will be a one time entry cost for joining the White Label partner program. Please contact us for more information.

Is there any minimum revenue commitment expected from white label partner?

Currently, no. We expect a one time joining fee and monthly subscription fee per display per month.

Can you publish the App at the Playstore?

No. We don't publish the white labelled Apps into the Google Play Store. The downloadable app link will be available at your white labelled domain.

Will I get player software customized for all operating systems?

Currently, we only support Android version for white labelled partners. We will take this up on case to case basis which will depend on size of specific project.

How does my client / customer pay?

You can bill to your clients directly as per your arrangements with your clients for white labeled solution.

What are the requirements to set up digital signage software?

This will depend on client’s requirement. We will equip you with adequate knowledge so that you can support your client.

Would pickcel help me in developing content app for my clients?

Yes we will help you in developing content app for your clients. It will be chargeable based on effort.
